This 3,600-square-foot contemporary home went through meticulous site planning to maximize mountain views and solar gain. After conducting several access studies, the design settled on a driveway that ensures year-round use while carefully preserving the surrounding tree groves. Three curved volumes, set into the mountainside, follow the natural topography, making a bold yet harmonious statement.

 

The soaring ceilings and expansive glazing frame the flickering aspen leaves, making this the ideal spot to spend golden hour. Featuring an alpine sauna, a lap pool, and an indoor climbing wall for the kids, this dream mountain home is perfectly designed for all four seasons. Working under Habilis Design Build, Lacy's role was architectural designer and drafter. She provided design development services as well full drawing sets. This project is in its final stages of construction and nearing completion.
