This versatile space is designed to host daytime meetings and coffee, seamlessly transitioning into a live music venue with drinks by night. With doors that open to breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains, the clients are set for year-round entertaining. Upstairs, a full mother-in-law suite offers a welcoming retreat for out-of-town family and friends. The key areas of design were the bar, lounge, dining area, stage, stairwell, dual entries, and a bicycle workshop. Custom leather paneling and upholstery, painted floor 'rugs,' bike seat and handlebar 'skulls,' and an expansive wood bar are just a few of the distinctive features that make this space truly one-of-a-kind.

The master minds behind the project, The Restoration Union, hired Lacy to put together the interior design concept package including renders, 3D animation, and interior elevations for fabrication.
