Habilis Design Build out of Boulder, CO designed and is currently constructing this upscale mountain duplex. I was hired to produce the full architectural package including renders, site plan, concept drawings for HOA approval, and full construction drawings for permitting.

This challenging project came with numerous site limitations and pushed us to explore many floor plan variations. The final product proudly provides comfort and flexibility while maximizing mountain views with an emphasis on sustainability and healthy living.
